ASH Strategic plan 2008-11
The ASH Board of Trustees agreed in March 2007 that the organisation should perform a comprehensive review of its three year Strategic Plan covering 2005-08. The intention was to develop a new plan to guide the charity over the three year financial years, from April 2008 to March 2011. It was also agreed it would be updated each year. During January to March 2008 over one thousand one hundred stake-holders in ASH were asked to provide input through an on-line questionnaire as well as in face-to-face and telephone interviews. In addition, a representative of one senior stake-holder joined the Trustees and staff in a one day planning session. During this, the Trustees and staff worked to refine the strategic priorities and objectives of ASH and directed the staff to prepare this strategic plan.
